CC SALON & SPA CELEBRATES 20 YEARS
WITH MOVE TO WESTLAKE

Westlake, Ohio, August 2004     After more than 20 years of service in their North Olmsted, Ohio, location on Clague Road, CC Salon & Spa, a full service hair salon specializing in color, has relocated to an expanded facility at Crossings Village in Westlake 1650 Crossings Parkway, Unit A [Detroit Road opposite The Promenade].

Statistics say less than five percent of independently owned businesses make it to the twenty-year milestone without closing or selling. CC owner Shelly Mongello, a Westlake resident who opened the salon in 1984, attributes her landmark achievement to determination, entrepreneurial drive and artistic vision.

She also credits her salon's success to the experience and longevity of her staff; many CC employees have been with the company their entire career, which in some cases, is as long as the salon is old     20 years.

CC Salon & Spa also places heavy emphasis on integrity and flexibility, and fervent commitment to client service. The outcome is a very loyal customer base that has grown remarkably through referrals during the last two decades.

Mongello adds that her relocation to Westlake is a natural progression in the growth of her business, and the company's objective to reach new markets. "We want the CC experience to always be about our customers, so that together, we continue to evolve," she says.
